Very easy to deal with and if something goes wrong they will look after it

Although obviously very busy the owner was able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes

Thanks so much Eric!

I am from Regina Sask. and booked my motorhome in for a required oil change after calling about 6 or 7 places who said they would not do the work on my motorhome. I arrived at 7:30 am and I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner even though they were having a bad start to their day. Their computers were down but were advised they would get me looked after once they were up and running. I went back into the city for breakfast and the motorhome was ready to go by about 11:30 am. The invoice was ready when I got there and the amount was what I had expected it to be. I paid my bill and the best part of this was I got a jar of homemade raspberry jam from Kim. I would definitely recommend Tony’s for getting your automotive needs.

Service was great! Very busy spot, but got me in for an MVI in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend.

Thanks so much Helen!!

I would certainly recommend Tiny’s for their professionalism and the services. Very kind people!

Tiny's In PEI has got to be the best place to have your vehicle worked on. Squeezed me in on a very busy week to do an emergency service. Very friendly atmosphere and I mean everyone from office staff to Mechanics. Very easy to talk to and do a very thorough job on your vehicle. I am extremely happy to have met them all. Any time I need work done on my vehicle and im In PEI Tinys is the place i will come to. Highly Recommended even for the conversations!!

Thanks a million Thomas, so glad we could get on your way!

Communication was poor.

Sorry you feel that way Fabio, its certainly counter to what we are known for and not something we want to hear. Most clients experience is that we over communicate...as we try our very best to keep our clients in the loop as we progress with their vehicle. Hopefully we will see you again, and show you a much better and more standard communication level

avoid avoid avoid went in for MVI, oil change and replacing a bulb. dropped off car and was not offered a shuttle service so walked 4 kms to BoomBurger. Was called at 11:30 advising of some additional work needed for inspection. I said I was fine with a reject sticker and please fix the tire and do an oil change at minimum. 12:00 I walked back figuring they could probably do that in 90 mins. When I got back they were on an extended BBQ lunch break but I said.....fine I can wait since I am here. Again I wasnt offered a shuttle, just told to sit. Then I was told the oil change could not be done because of a leak....but they could do the light. I sat for an hour with the car not touched. I went to the cash at 2 and said i just want to pay for whats been done as I want to leave. The lady said there was some miscommunication between her and the shop....then I heard her yell "can somone fiix a light". I said "i just want to leave" when she replied that there would be no charge today. I immediately went to a drive thru oil change place so that they could deal with one of my concerns. Upon a few emails back and forth Tiny has sent me an invoice for approx $100. They looked at the car and did nothing other then top up the oil at my request. I will NEVER go back and they can come chasing me for the invoice

HI Paul, I am sorry you did not have a pleasant experience, as the majority of our clients, but when I read this review, I felt this required a reply, in detail, for public consumption, as we take our service record very very seriously, its what were known for. For the public reading this: Our number one reason for why we get back 95% of the people that come here is the service. #1 Yes we are one of the very few shops that have loaner cars(3) and offer shuttles We had zero knowledge that he wanted a drive or a car… 2. Our client process is an 8am drop off or waiter. -We call once we have it diagnosed, -Then we take the client direction and move forward with the goal to have the vehicle completed by the end of the day, or the next day pending the circumstances. When it is complete we call the client for pick up This client dropped off as per usual, was called with the update, he then told us what he wanted us to do, and ultimately showed up unannounced, making an assumption his vehicle was complete. He let us know the only reason he showed up was that he had a timely lift back to the shop, although in his review he said he walked. Problem is we are working through our normal processes, so the hoist he was on is now being used. So its going to be a bit to get that job buttoned up to get back to his Now this whole situation boils down to two way communication, if we had of known he wanted a lift, we would have taken him, 100%. If we had of known he wanted or needed his vehicle by 1 or 2pm, we would have had it ready for him, and we would have picked him up to get it. This is a normal day at Tiny’s Lastly his vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive and he had scheduled to come back the following week to do the repairs. When that happens, we take you at your word that you will be back and we roll the initial charge into the final appointment. This client cancel and now has an outstanding invoice.
