Can you provide me with a detailed estimate of the repairs, including the cost of parts and labour?
Absolutely. We believe in transparency. After a thorough inspection, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of all costs involved.
Will you keep me updated on the repairs of the vehicle?
Yes, communication is key. We will provide updates on your preferred method of communication Via -phone, email, or text- to ensure that you stay in the loop.
Can I bring in my own parts?
No. Unfortunately we have a policy in place against accepting customer supplied parts, we have this rule in place in case the parts are wrong or have defects.
Do we offer loaner vehicles?
Yes we do! There is a charge of $10 a day for our loaner vehicles. We only ask they come back with a full tank of gas and are taken care of when out. We also provide in town shuttle service.
Will a trouble code tell me what's wrong with my vehicle?
No, Trouble codes are a symptom. You still need proper diagnoses by a certified technician.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa/Master Card, debit, and e-transfer.
Is preventive maintenance important on my vehicle?
Yes, we recommend keeping on top of vehicle repairs and maintenance to expand the life of your vehicle.
Is rotating my tires beneficial?
Yes, rotating your tires helps to even out wear and get the most life out of your tires. We recommend rotating your tire every other service.
