  • Can you provide me with a detailed estimate of the repairs, including the cost of parts and labour?

    Absolutely. We believe in transparency. After a thorough inspection, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of all costs involved.

  • Will you keep me updated on the repairs of the vehicle?

    Yes, communication is key. We will provide updates on your preferred method of communication Via -phone, email, or text- to ensure that you stay in the loop.

  • Can I bring in my own parts?

    No. Unfortunately we have a policy in place against accepting customer supplied parts, we have this rule in place in case the parts are wrong or have defects.

  • Do we offer loaner vehicles?

    Yes we do! There is a charge of $10 a day for our loaner vehicles. We only ask they come back with a full tank of gas and are taken care of when out. We also provide in town shuttle service.

  • Will a trouble code tell me what's wrong with my vehicle?

    No, Trouble codes are a symptom. You still need proper diagnoses by a certified technician.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Visa/Master Card, debit, and e-transfer.

  • Is preventive maintenance important on my vehicle?

    Yes, we recommend keeping on top of vehicle repairs and maintenance to expand the life of your vehicle.

  • Is rotating my tires beneficial?

    Yes, rotating your tires helps to even out wear and get the most life out of your tires. We recommend rotating your tire every other service.
